 For public procurement, there are a couple resources to check out:

• Open Contracting Partnership  - a nonprofit focused on “silo-busting collaboration across governments, businesses, civil society, and technologists to open up and transform government contracting worldwide.”
• World Bank – this database is one of the first of its’ kind in terms of collecting information on public procurement worldwide.
• Individual countries and regions. For example, the EU has TED, which publishes procurement award data.
